Translation help
Hi to all of you.
I need some of your help. I'm working, as some of you know, in the cdntral bank of Colombia. Here I was asked to review an standard in spanish which is a translation from an english version.
The problem is in this paragraph. In English it says: "Business continuity contributes to a more resilient society. The wider community and the impact of the organization's environment on the organization and therefore other organizations may need to be involved in the recovery process."
So, as far as my English let me to understand, I would say it is translated into spanish like this: "La continuidad del negocio contribuye a una sociedad con mayor resiliencia. La comunidad en general y el impacto del ambiente organizacional en la organización, y por lo tanto otras organizaciones pueden ser involucradas en el proceso de recuperación"
But my boss say it would fit best in this way: "La continuidad del negocio contribuye a una sociedad con mayor resiliencia. La comunidad en general y el impacto del ambiente organizacional sobre la organización y, por lo tanto, otras organizaciones, puede ser incluido en el proceso de recuperación"
So I want to know your opinion in regard to this translation. what would be for you the best translation. New opinions are always welcome.

Re: Translation help
Hi, Jose!
Your boss' translation is more accurate, mainly because of the connotation of the verb involve as well as the passive form used when taken into Spanish.
